Acceptance

By downloading or using Core.X, you agree to this End User License Agreement (“EULA”), our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Wilson Innovations LLC (“Core.X”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes or as permitted by your studio’s subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Core.X.

Accounts & security

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, and at least 18 years old to register a studio or hold a studio owner account.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Do not share your login or attempt to circumvent security or access controls.

User content & community

Core.X has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You are responsible for the content you post, including media, goals, posts, comments and messages.
No illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
No bullying, doxxing, spam, scams, impersonation, or IP infringement.
You can report content and block users from inside the app. We review reports and act on them, including removing content and removing the users who posted it.
We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion to protect the community or comply with law.

Scheduling, RSVPs & studio admin

Studios control their own schedules, capacity limits, waitlists, and policies. Core.X is a software platform and is not responsible for schedule accuracy, cancellations, or availability.
Purchases, memberships, and payments are handled by studios and/or third-party payment processors. Core.X does not store full payment card details.

Health & safety disclaimer

Core.X does not provide medical advice. Always consult a physician before starting new fitness activities. Participation is at your own risk.

Prohibited conduct

Reverse engineering, scraping, or exploiting the app.
Using the app to violate law or others’ rights.
Uploading malware or interfering with the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this EULA or to protect the service and its users. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core.X disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
