These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoreX platform (the “Service”) provided by Wilson Innovations LLC (“CoreX,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Memberships & payments
- Gym memberships and platform subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- You can manage or cancel your membership from your account or billing portal.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for periods already elapsed.
- Prices and plan features may change; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes others’ rights.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a gym or person.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or collect data about other users without consent.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant CoreX a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to share it.
Gym & member relationships
CoreX provides software that gyms use to manage memberships, scheduling, and community. Your membership agreement, pricing, and policies are between you and your gym. CoreX is not responsible for the services provided by individual gyms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Fitness activities carry inherent risks; you are responsible for exercising safely and consulting professionals as appropriate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Wilson Innovations LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
