- Account information — name, username, phone number, email, and profile photo you provide.
- Gym & membership data — your gym affiliation, role, membership tier, attendance, goals, and class RSVPs.
- Content — posts, comments, photos, and other content you share in the community feed.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage & device data — basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
- To process memberships, payments, and subscriptions through our payment processor.
- To enable community features such as the feed, leaderboards, goals, and messaging.
- To send service-related notifications (e.g., schedule changes, announcements, account alerts).
- To protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
How information is shared
We share information only as needed to run the Service: with your gym’s authorized owners, admins, and instructors for legitimate operational purposes; and with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf — including Google Firebase(authentication, database, storage) and Stripe (payments). We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; we will remove your personal data except where retention is required by law.
Your choices & rights
- Access, update, or correct your profile information in the app.
- Delete your account, which removes your personal data from the Service.
- Control profile visibility settings (e.g., whether you appear in class attendance lists).
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and trusted infrastructure providers, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
